Walk & Talk in Nature
I offer walk and talk sessions outdoors in tranquil local parks and forests, as I believe there are numerous therapeutic benefits to connecting with nature, including stress relief, grounding, and can help to refresh perspective.
Issues I work with include:
Depression, anxiety, emotional disturbance, complex trauma, bereavement, neurodiversity, self esteem, perfectionism, inner critic, addictions and relationships.
